WARRANTY

 

All DMX Performance items have a manufacturing guarantee so you can feel comfortable that you are not throwing away your money and time with our accessories.

DMX Performance CAN’T be held responsible for damage caused in parcels.

We will always be willing to help and give you a solution to any problem or concern that you have with your order or accessories in case you receive damaged package.

We care and we are interested that our articles are always in the best conditions that everyone can see our high-level quality of manufacturing.

Our company is in constant and great development, greatness is one of our main objectives.

 

SHIPPING

DMX Performance offers UPS shipping only.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Special orders, custom made orders, fabrications and special designs items will be shipped when completed according to the lead time provided by the sales representative.

Tracking numbers will be provided before shipment by email.

All orders are shipped from Mexico, they go through exportation process, tax and duty payment in the United States covered by DMX logistical department.

DMX Order and Shipping Process

  1. Customers place the order.
  2. The order is processed once it has been paid.
  3. We process your order.
  4. Your order is shipped from our manufacturing location in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico to our shipping warehouse located at 2111 Humble Westfield Rd. Houston, TX 77073.
  5. Tracking information is sent through email.
  6. Exportation process, tax and duty payments starts which takes 1 – 2 days.
  7. Shipments are made weekly from MX manufacturing location to our US Warehouse.
  8. The order is released and delivered to our warehouse.
  9. UPS picks up your package in our Houston TX warehouse.
  10. UPS ground service delivers its package in your address.

This process can take from 1 to 2 weeks for delivery at your address, being an item available for shipping.

You must understand that some shipping processes do not depend on DMX PERFORMANCE therefore we are not responsible for delivery delays or money refund for this claim.

If you require an emergency order, contact a sales representative, and they will find a solution for you. None of our item sales prices includes shipping, it will be mandatory for all DMX dealers, buyers and customers to pay shipping costs within their country.

The export service expenses and transfers of your orders in Mexico are included in sales price and paid by DMX Performance logistical department, you will pay only for the shipping fee inside of your country.

The shipping rate within your country can be obtained automatically through our website when entering your address.

If for some reason our system makes an error or incorrect shipping price and is below the actual rate, we will contact you to explain, if you wish, you could pay the shipping difference or otherwise cancel your order and we make the money refund.

 

RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

All return requests must be done though DMX Sales department or by email. dmxperformanceusa@gmail.com or you can also call 281 650 1840 Customer Service DMX USA

A representative will ask you to email them photographs.

Most warranty claims will require a dated proof of purchase.

All returned items for credit are subject to a re-stocking fee.

All returned items must be cleaned before returning to DMX Performance warehouse at USA. If returned items are excessively dirty or greasy DMX Performance will charge a cleaning fee.

Freight charges are not refundable.

Do not ship back any product before contacting our DMX Sales department.

Customer is responsible for freight cost both ways.

All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
